The paper studied the single and combined toxic effectst of Cu, Cr and Cd on chlorophyll content, Chloroplast activity and Peroxidase ( POD ) activity of Ceratophyllum demersum L, The results of experiments were summarized as follow:(1)The chlorophyll content increased when Ceratophyllum demersum.L were treated in lower concentration of Cu and Cd and decreased when they were treated in higher concentration of Cu and Cd, but it always decreased when they were treated by Cr. The IC50 of Cu, Cr and Cd on chlorophyll content in senven days are 1.541mg/L, 17.841mg/L and 1.431mg/L.(2) The Chloroplast ll activity increased when Ceratophyllum demersum.L were treated in lower concentration of Cu , Cr and Cd and decreased when they were treated in higher concentration of Cu , Cr and Cd, The IC50 of Cu, Cr and Cd on Chloroplast activity in senven days are 4.043mg/ L, 4.948mg/L and 0.351mg/L.(3) The POD activity all increased when Ceratophyllum demersum.L were treated in lower concentration of Cu, Cr and Cd and decreased when they were treated in higher concentration of Cu, Cr and Cd. The IC50 of Cu, Cr and Cd on POD activity in senven days are 12.110mg/L, 7.911mg/L and 6.372mg/L.(4) It is antagonism between Cu and Cr when the experimental concentration of Cr were 0.1 mg/L and 1.0mg/L and the concentration of Cu were from 0.1 mg/L to 2.0mg/L on Ceratophyllum demersum L; It is synergy between Cu and Cr when the concentration of Cr were 2.0mg/L and the concentration of Cu were from 0.1mg/L to 2.0mg/L on Ceratophyllum demersum L.(5) It is antagonism between Cu and Cd when the experimental concentration of Cd were 0.1mg/L, 1.0mg/L and 2.0mg/L and the concentration of Cu were from 0.1mg/L to 2.0mg/L on Ceratophyllum demersum L.(6) It is antagonism between Cr and Cd when the experimental concentration of Cr were 0.1 mg/L, 1.0mg/L and 2.0mg/L and the concentration of Cd were from 0.1mg/L to 2.0 mg/L on Ceratophyllum demersum L.(7) It is synergy among Cu, Cr and Cd when the experimental groups were Cu0.1+Cd0.1, Cu0.1+Cd1.0,Cu0.1 +Cd2.0, Cu1.0+Cd0.1, Cu1.0+Cd1.0, Cu1.0+Cd2.0, Cu2.0+Cd0.1, Cu2.0+ Cd 1.0, Cu2.0+Cd2.0, and the concentration of Cr were from 0.1mg/L to 2.0 mg/L on Ceratophyllum demersum L.
