The linear vibration screener with advantages of dehydration, sculping, desliming and effective screening ,is used widely for screening products. During the working process,the main parts of vibration screener endure long time high-frequency alternating loads,often resulting in crack on lateral board and beams. The strength problem is much more serious for large-scale linear vibration screener. With the increase in coal mining mechanization, the requirements on the vibration screening machine are increasing, therefore, the research,design, and manufacture on the large-scale linear vibration screener has become more important.In this paper, a 27 m2 large-scale linear vibration screener were developed by the original Tangshan Coal Research Institute as the research object. In the view of the proning to beam fracture and the short operation life in domestic vibration screeners, from the perspective of dynamics and kinematics, this paper has dong dynamic performance analysis on the vibration screener. Firstly, in the study on the basis of working principle of vibration screener. Learn the kinematics of materials on the surface of screener and kinetics analysis of vibration screener, building the mechanical model of vibration screener; Secondly, The finite element analysis ANSYS software was applied to establish the finite element model of vibration screener. Deduced the static, modal, time-history of response, by the combining with experimental modal analysis. the structure has been optimized to ensure the vibration screener normal operation. Finally, for the low life of large-scale linear vibration screener, forcast the fatigue life of key location on the vibration screener, for reference. design, installation, use of vibration screenerIn this paper, the finite element analysis and experimental modal analysis are used to solve the strength problem of vibration screener, It is provides a new structure modification program for solving vibration screener strength problem,and is meaningful for the design of vibrating screens.
