Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of animal husbandry industry, antibiotics as artificial factors of production was widely applied, and brought on the effect of yield, also created the residues of antibiotic. Not only directly influenced the safety and production of animal products, but also greatly threatened the environmental quality and safety, and the health of human beings and the living environment. How to take an effective way for environment to remove the residual antibiotics has become a top priority.The purpose of this paper aims at the low sensitivity of tested methods for residual antibiotics, single choice scope, and inaccurate, and studied a method of simplify operation, rapid and accurate analysis to detect the trace of residual antibiotics. The study includes the adjustment and improvement of chemical measurement system and pretreatment methods of sample, and test object is erythromycin.Ionic liquids consists of organic cation and inorganic or organic ions, and it is the melting state of liquid salt in the room temperature or near, also entirely composed by ion. Ionic not only liquids have the advantages of traditional organic solvents, but also show many excellent properties compared with the organic solvent. Ionic liquids are non-volatile, nonflammable, liquid range, dissolving ability, adjustable etc, and its application expands unceasingly. From the beginning of chemical synthesis to today's material science, environmental science, engineering technique, analysis and test, biological catalysis etc. Its unique properties and application prospect become the motive power of its development.Three different ionic liquids were composed of two footwork in this paper, and ionic liquid synthesis conditions were optimized, and discussed the influence factors of microwave-assisted synthesis ionic liquids, also used ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) represented the structure of ionic liquids. Not only hydrophobicity ionic liquids as extraction, while constructed the system of hydrophilic ionic liquids phasepartitioning separation,and researched on erythromycin extraction separation effect, also the dosage of ionic liquids, the initial concentration of erythromycin, extraction of time, pH, extraction rate of power etc, and the reuse and regeneration of ionic liquids. Combined microwave assisted extraction with ionic liquid, and discussed the interaction between two and influencing factors, meanwhile established the model thermodynamics and kinetics of ionic liquid extraction of erythromycin, also established the ionic liquid separation/enrichment/analysis the detection methods of environment of erythromycin, and discussed the methods of linear equations, the linear range detection limit, precision in detail, applied the method to the practical sample.Results, ionic liquids have good effect in erythromycin extraction. The structure of ionic liquids influences the synthetic and erythromycin extraction. Introduced microwave-assisted radiation, it can increase the ionic liquids production rate, also can effectively improve the efficiency of erythromycin extraction. The analysis method in the paper with wide linear range, limit detection, smaller standard deviation, high recovery, simple operation, without the use of large-scale instrument, also provides new basis for the environment of the determination of trace erythromycin, and have important practical significance.
