Lube oil is a kind of high added value product which is refined by the petroleum. In the process of maintaining device, the expired lube oil is replaced usually, which is often combusted directly as fuel or discarded directly. This way has not only wasted precious energy but also polluted the environment. Domestic has conducted many years research in the lube oil salvage technology aspect, and had some quite mature technology. However, most regeneration technology required distillation or the hydrogenation, and the regeneration response condition is quite harsh. The regeneration devices require high Investment, and the hydrogenation cost is expensive. Therefore, this technology only suits large-scale processing. In view of present situation the used oil recycling profession, studying a kind of regeneration method is very essential, which with some characteristic such as simple method, operate safely, cheap device and suit in the small scale processing. In view of the recycling engine lube oil of a auto 4S shop in Xi'an city, through two flocculation processes to settle out armful ingredient such as the deteriorate ingredient and the impurity, combined with the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide bleaching and bleaching of clay adsorption, improve the performance and color. This paper arranges experiments with orthogonal design method, and adopt Na2CO3 concentration and polyamide polymer as flocculants, choosing Mechanical impurities, acidity, and ash as index, investigates the influence of test conditions which are flocculants concentration, flocculants solution addition, mixing temperature, stirring time, stirring speed, sedimentation temperature, deposition time and other factors on regenerated oil quality. This paper analysis of the results of the orthogonal test of variance, and regenerates the process of summing up the best flocculation. This paper adopts single factor method to do the decolorization test, selects the color as evaluated, and summarized the best absorption bleaching process. Used engine oil after two flocculation and adsorption bleaching the regeneration lube oil which can be used as base oil. The Regeneration process is practical and environmental, which can achieve the purpose of energy conservation, and will be helpful to the development of "low-carbon economy".
