Nano-porphyrin is prepared to improve the properties of porphyrin monomer. Nano-TPPS1 can be used to detecet dimethyl methyl phosphonate(DMMP), a simulant of toxic agent P1, sensitively and quickly, and identify different kinds of metal salts. These researches maybe lay the groundwork for the detection of P1 and other target objects in the future.In the work, self assembling method is firstly used to manufacture TPPS1 nano-porphyrin.In the UV-Vis spectra, to TPPS1, some characteristic changes occur: Soret band splits, red and blue shifts. The morphology and scale of TPPS1 nano-porphyrin are characterized by FE-SEM and AFM. The results show that TPPS1 nano-porphyrin with scale about between 50 nm and 70 nm is cubic nano-sheet. By use of spectroscopic technique, AFM and FE-SEM, we can draw the conclusion that arrangement of macrocycles in assembly generally fall into two types,"J"(side-by-side) and"H"(face-to-face), and both types of interactions existed in the nano-sheets. The hydrogen bonding between the O, N atoms of one molecule and H atom of another adjacent molecule, hydrophobic andπ-πstacking forces caused TPPS1 molecules to interact by J and H type. TPPS1 molecules arrayed in the direction of length and width by J style and in the direction of height by H style respectively to assemble the TPPS1 nano-sheet.At 60℃and with the concentration below 0.261×10-6 mol/L (TPPS1), the TPPS1 nano-porphyrin can be manufactured well. And the morphology and scale of nano-porphyrin is affected by the condition of characterization and the storage time.Fluorescence intensity and quantum yield of TPPS1 nano-porphyrin are 4 and 3 times as much as that of TPPS1 monomer respectively. TPPS1 nano-porphyrin detects DMMP by use of spectroscopic technology and the results show that the sensitivity of TPPS1 nano-assembly solution to DMMP can achieve 2.6 times as much as that of TPPS1-monomer solution. By HCA and PCA, the conclusion that TPPS1 nano-porphyrin can identify NaCl, BaCl2.2H2O, SnCl2.2H2O and FeCl3.6H2O can be arrived at. Based on the fact that the optical property of TPPS1 nano-porphyrin is much better than TPPS1 monomer, so it may have extensive application in nano element, nano materical and detection field in the future.
