We investigated the sorption and desorption behaviors of EDCs(Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals) on three types of soil, and the effection of using soil disposal system to dispose wasterwater. We chose bisphenolA (BPA) and nonylphenol (NP) and use SPME-GC to as detecting method.A method of solid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography (SPME-GC) for determination of bisphenolA (BPA) and nonylphenol (NP) in the water has been developed. The influences of several parameters on the SPME such as fiber coating, extraction time and temperature, desorption time and temperature, salinity, pH as well as stirring speed have been studied. The results showed that using 85μm polyacrylate (PA) fibers , for BPA, the linearity range was from 0.0001 to 1μg/mL, detection limits was at 0.0001μg/mL, relative standard deviation was 10.8% and the correlation coefficient was up to 0.999. And for NP, the linearity range was from 0.001 to 1μg/mL, detection limits was at 0.0006μg/mL, relative standard deviation was 7.6% and the correlation coefficient was up to 0.997. Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the sorption and desorption behaviors of bisphenolA(BPA) and nonylphenol (NP) on three types of soil, and the Sorption isotherms were also determined. The results showed:1. The sorption of BPA on soil was a quick process, and the sorption approached equilibrium at 2h,5h,2h, and the sorption volume could reach 81.0%,86.0%,81.1% of the maximum sorption volume. And the sorption volumes at the beginning of NP are very different, and the sorption approached equilibrium at 5h,and the sorption volume could reach 90.09%,89.49%,87.53%.2. There was probrobly desorption behaviors after reaching equilibrium.3.The sorption behavior of BPA could be described by Freundlich model well and NP could be described by Langmuir model. We had two soil disposal system with high load and low load to dispose wasterwater and make comparation of their effection of disposing wasterwater and EDCs. The results showed the low load equipment had better performance and the removal rate of BPA and NP could reach 60.34% and 62.47%.
