As the development of national economy and the improving of people's living standards, increasing the discharge urban sewage, resulting in a substantial increase in production of excess sludge. How to make the excess sludge decrement and achieve the high processing target is research core of the sludge treatment and disposal today. At present, people use physics, chemistry and the biological methods to the reduce excess sludge, because the physical method need a larger energy-consuming,the chemistry method put some chemical substance into the water may brings the second pollution to the environment, so that exist both economy and the environment questions. Using the biological method for sludge reduction, the energy consumption is low, and does not have the second pollution, so some technologies have developed to reduce the net value of the amount of microorganisms within the sewage treatment system as the core of a variety of residual sludge reduction .The paper start the study from the bacteria which hold great proportion of the excess sludge, the chronic growth bacteria how to contribute to sludge decrement was mainly researched. Bacterium's causes the sludge detoxification through decomposition sludge in organic matter, the chronic growth fungus has its own characteristic that the catabolism is more strongly than the synthesis metabolism, that make the net gaining of the microorganism reduces in the system and achieves the result of sludge decrement. The experiment have separated two kinds of growth relatively slowly bacteria from the excess sludge, use the two single-bacteria with the other three single bacterium which have rapid growth relatively to make the artificial waste water degradation under same environmental condition, Contrasts their processing effect. The experiment obtains the result that NO.3Moraxellaceae; Acinetobacter have the good elimination effect on COD and T-P, NO.5Brevundimonas sp .have the good elimination effect on T-N and T-P. At the same time use the artificial wastewater as a substrate, from the temperature, the PH value, the aeration quantity, the vaccination measures four conditions to do the single-factor experiment to determine the respective optimum growth conditions of the five kinds of single bacteria.
