Polymer/Inorganic Composite Nanofiber with its excellent characteristics in optics, electricity and catalytic has a great important applied prospect in many areas of Material science. Silver is an important kind of material which with the best electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, when its dimension reaches the size of nano, its chemical reaction, sensitive feature and surface stability and many other aspects of physical and chemical characteristics are showed. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical reaction of high-effective catalyst and antibacterial drugs, etc. This study want to adopt the method of combining the sol-gel process and electrostatic spinning technology, then acquire a kind of composite nanofiber PAN/Ag, which is with one-dimensional structures properties, high surface area and nano microporous characteristics. After that, we can make Ag become solid load, improve Ag's catalytic activity, antibacterial activity and its comprehensive characteristics usage.This thesis adopted electrostatic spinning polyacrylonitrile technology, made the polyacrylonitrile and silver nitrate before body liquor into one-dimensional composite nanofiber. We use polyethylene glycol as reducing agent which reducing the Ag ion into Ag nanoparticles after thermal water reaction then we get the PAN/Ag composite nanofiber.We use the methods of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible absorption spectra (UV-ViS) , and Raman spectroscopy(Raman) and so on to examine the characteristics of Ag. The analysis showed that the Ag particle in the PAN/Ag composite nanofiber has fromed phase structure, and the existence of the Ag nanoparticle can make PAN which with the linear structure graphitization.Ag nanoparticles'size and capacity in PAN/Ag composite nanofiber can be changed effectively by controlling concentration of reactant, reducing dose and reaction time and other parameters. When the AgNO3's concentration is 8%, the dose of reducing medicine polyethylene glycols (PEG) is 0.01g, and the reaction time is 20 hours, the reaction temperature is 140 Centigrade, only under this condition, we can get a good dispersion of Ag nanoparticles, its average particle size is about 14nm.
