Micelle system (MS) based on amphiphilic copolymers has attracted much researching attention. The functional polymeric micelle originally prepared from monomers with special functional groups could respond to stimules such as pH value,emperature,magnetic,photo,small molecules etc, and produce changes in chemical or physical properties. And more researches in this scientific field focus on the potential application of MS in other domain, such as biology,drug delivery system and catalyst etc, especially in the drug delivery system. With more internal space of MS, hydrophobic drug molecule can be loaded in the micelle so that the circulation time of drug in human body is prolonged. Furthermore, the stimuli-responsive polymeric micelle could release loading drugs in target pathological tissue at certain time. All of those enhance the usage efficiency of drugs. In this study, acrylates monomer with ketal group and initiators with different molecular shape were synthesized. The MS formation of amphiphilic polymers which were prepared using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), and the study in pH-sensitive and thermo-sensitive behaviors of MS were conducted, it contains:1. With 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane-4y1)methyl acry late (DMDMA) as functional monomer, Using macromolecular initiators to prepared amphiphilic polymers, which have different molecular shape and ratio of hydrophile and hydrophobe. And the chemical structure of synthesized polymers were characterized2. The characterization of self-assembly behavior of prepared polymer, and micelle diameter diameter distribution.3. The quality detection of release behavior of MS response to pH value and temperature.Results show that the effect of pH-responsive ketal group was minimized in NPS, and it was hard to enhance pH-sensitivity. But the thermol-sensitivity of MS bearing PDMDMA hydrophobic segments is intensive and rapid, and the responsive behaviors of MS prepared from different copolymers were various. The ratio of hydrophile and hydrophobe in macromolecule affects the properties of MS, such as self-assembly behavior,micelle size and the stimuli-responsive release behavior. And MS prepared from polymer with different molecular shape varified in micelle properties and stimuli-responsive behaviors.
