Solar heat-reflective and insulation coating as a new energy-saving material can be widely used in the external walls and roof of buildings. It can effectively reflect,obstract,radiae the energy of sunlight radiation, significantly reduce the building external walls, roofs and indoor temperature, decrease the power consumption of air condition and other refrigeration equipment in high temperature conditions, and improve the working environment but also save a lot of energy.According to the military standards MIL-E-46136 and the State latest standards JG/T 235-2008, design the reflective and thermal insulation properties testing device. Do a depth research of the fillers type, particle size distribution, dosage, mixture of different size fillers, insulation fillers coated state, film thickness on reflective and insulation properties. Through the infrared reflection spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, contact angle to do depth analysis and testing.The results showed that:the heat reflectivity and thermal insulation properties of the heat reflective and insulation coating is mainly affected by the impact of pigments and fillers. Rutile titanium dioxide has strong scattering power on the infrared and visible light, when the particle size distribute in the 0.15-1.25μm, the coating have the best scattering power; hollow microspheres have low thermal conductivity, when the mass ratio of A (40-100μm), B (20-85μm), C (20-50μm), D (10-30μm) is 2:3:3:2, the coating has strong insulation properties; hollow microspheres coated by titanium dioxide can significantly improve the heat-reflective and insulation properties of hollow microspheres.The solar heat reflective and insulation coating has good performance, which were prepared useing fluorocarbon resin, rutile titanium dioxide, hollow microspheres, talcum powder, zinc oxide as raw materials. The Heat-reflectivity of coating was 92.3%, the temperature of calcium silicate board decreased 14.6℃after using this coating, the internal temperature of box decreased 7.8℃. Absorption rate of the coating in the near infrared and visible lightwas was less than 2%known by the infrared absorption spectrum.Both the reflective and insulation properties are superior to the similar products on the domestic market.
