With the continued development of oil and gas fields, Integrated liquid water content oil output rising, wastewater re-injection has become the primary means of oil field water injection. Formation of liquid containing the hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, chloride ions and water will appear as the associated material, coupled with microorganisms, so that serious corrosion of underground pipelines, not only affects the safe production of oil and gas wells, but also to the test and workover operations pose many difficulties. Pipeline surface treatment is that people have long been concerned about the issue. The traditional pipeline coating pre-treatment process using Pickling-hosphating process;high-pressure water jet is the late eighties the development of a new technology, but there are many shortcomings.Blasting treatment can completely remove the rusty metal surface layer, The use of pickling process can also remove hard to remove the oxide, the treatment effect significantly.This article describes the current status of technological development pipeline blasting for laboratory design automation pipeline blast cleaning systems, both inside and outside of the tubing sand blasting characteristics and parameters optimization.Through specific terms, follow the Euler-Lagrange method of discrete-phase model for this study two-phase flow model. Then simplify the key components of the nozzle, inner and outer sand blasting system, simplify the structure of the system, in the Gambit in the two-dimensional modeling, application Fluent software, for different nozzle gas-solid flow field simulation, using RNG k -εturbulence model to the nozzle of the gas flow field simulation calculation, the gas pressure field and velocity field, using stochastic trajectory model to simulate the solid particles in the gas field trajectory. The results show that: contraction-type and Venturi Village-type two kinds of nozzles for sand blasting system, both inside and outside the pipeline, when the cone angle of 30°,All exports of particles emitted from the pressure, Blasting efficiency is the largest.In the study of internal and external blasting system using Spalart-Allmaras model of gas jet flow field simulation, solid-phase is still random orbital model. Including sand blasting system, loose sand for different head height; different nozzle exit and the first location of scattered sand simulation of flow field parameters obtained loose sand head height 8mm, export and scattered sand nozzle head for a distance of 10mm the best choice. Outer sandblasting system, first examine the single-nozzle flow field, different spray distance on the outer surface of the erosion of the pipeline, and then in four nozzle flow field for different spray distances and different size particles and other parameters of flow field simulation, obtained spray distance 100mm, particle diameter of 0.5mm~1.0mm between the best choice.
