In productive process, derricks will be damaged or broken for many reasons in different extent. It is need to use some useful methods to have the health detection for derricks regularly to ensure its security, integrity and wear. Also means has the damage detection for the structure so that we can estimate the safety performance of petroleum equipment.First of all, this thesis elaborated the situation about the present state and tendency of structural damage identification research at home and broad, introduced the theory and research methods in various kind of structural damage identification researches, contrasted merit and demerit in the different methods. After this, the thesis has got a deeply study and research on the Hibert-Huang (HHT), pointed out the merits of non-stationary signal in the analyses and the methods of study on traditional time frequency, along with the main elements which influenced the analytical accuracy of HHT method, a relation analytical program has been created based on Matalab platform. On the selection of the damage index, it begins with a new proper vector structure on damage, and put the damage detection method which based on the Hilbert-Huang (HHT) power marginal spectrum forward. Also used the method into the model of derricks, and the position and qualitative research of derricks can be practice thought the analytical processing of experiment data.This research of this issue is inosculated with the engine intimately. The HHT method which is a new signal processing method was used into the derricks damage identification in this thesis, and providing a new way for the structural damage identification. This thesis provided a certain basal theory for practical use. |
