The productive area of Sabei transition zone is 51.6km2 and the geological reserves is 1.5×108t. It accounts for 24.6% of the total geological reserves of Sabei development zone and the degree of reserve recovery is about 34.3%.The remaining reserves is relatively bad and the latent capacity is relatively great. It is difficult to make the production mode of water flooding simply a breakthrough. Whereas the industrial effect of polymer flooding of the eastern transition belt Pu suite is relatively bad. How to utilize new technique to raise the recovery rate of transition zone is a important task needed to be studied for Sabei oil field to keep persistent stable yields capability. It is urgent for Sa to study and innovate the oil displacement agent"Polymer surfactants". The"Polymer surfactants"have the distinguish features such as self-cross-linking, bacterium resistence, salt resistence, high stability of viscosity, et al. The agents synthesize the advantage of polymer and surface active agent. The agents combine the advantages such as raising viscosity, declining mobility ratio, enlarging the sweep efficiency, raising the solubilization and emulsifying power in no alkaline conditions.This paper are mainly from the following aspects to research on the third type of polymer surfactants to evaluate performance and study the mechanism of core flooding. The laboratory findings show that the agents are created by adding function monomer to the framework of polymer molecule and form triaxial stereoscopic net structure filling the entire liquor system uniformly. The agents exist threshold concentration, favourable quality of viscosity raising and viscosity stability. The flowage curve shows that the viscosity of the agents present the tendency of raising first and declining later as the shear rate increasing. The agents have the ability of shearing resistent. The emulsify test indicates that the agents have approved emulsifying power and are superior to normal polymer of middle molecular weight. The agents can not only keep the rock water wet behavior, but also can change the oil wet rock to water wet rock varying degrees It is proposed to choose the concentration not lower than 1000mg/L and the raising vale of recovery ratio can reach more than 17%.
