| Pre-splitting blasting technology is often employed near the slope, which is widely used in mining and engineering construction. The technique of pre-splitting blasting is that small diameter cartridge and detonating cord are trussed on the slice of bamboo; the realization of designed linear charge density is by adjusting the span of cartridges. This type of charge technique and matching equipment are primordial; its production efficiency is low, which has adverse effect on the promotion and application of pre-splitting blasting technology.Basing on the practice of pre-splitting blasting in Jinduicheng open pit recent years, the author of the paper has designed two type of efficient charge technology for pre-splitting blasting, one is fitting the cartridge on the sticks which affiliate on the bamboo slice, the other is fitting the cartridge in the UPVC pipe with "U" shape notch. After the simulation test and analysis of numerical simulation, the late is chosen eventually.According to the production practice of Jinduicheng open pit, the appropriate diameter of UPVC pipe and the species of explosive is decided through numerical simulation.Producing technology of UPVC pipe for new charge method is designed, the cost comparison analysis is conducted for charge on the traditional way and the new way designed in the article. The charge efficiency comparison analysis is conducted for charge on the traditional way and the new way designed in the article through field tests. The results show that the efficiency of new way is more three times than that of traditional way. Although the direct cost of single-hole charge increases slightly, the new way saves time and labors and improves the safe degree of blasting construction, its potential economic benefits and society benefits are large. |
