Superfine aluminum hydroxide is applied to making electronic material.its character, usage, and technologic flow was introduced in this paper. As its wonderful virtue,it was widely used in many fields,such as cable, insulator, thermoplastic, wiring, rubber, plastic,etc.According to the general analysis about the capability of oversea advanced product and the feedback from user,the optimized system of Superfine aluminum hydroxide was studied. 1)By using the technique of airflow grading, removing coarse particles in Superfine aluminum hydroxide,which can improving granularity distributing. Test proved, Using jet Classification technology can effectively remove the aluminum hydroxide powder packing of coarse particles, Newton grade efficiency of 2μm packing powder was 82.72%. By this, it was easy to control the production process, reduce costs, and granularity of 500 mesh product can reach 99.5%.2) Studied optimization of product performance, low electrical conductivity of distilled water as a product of the washing water in the washing process into vertical filter press down, low cake moisture, so products with minimal powder soluble electrolyte absorption, can effectively reduce product conductivity, there is more than 100us/cm reduced to 34.3us/cm. Solute with phosphoric acid as a modifier of dry powder modification process can increase the thermal stability. With the modified dry powder by wet than dry modification technology is not only simple equipment, low investment, low cost modification, and there is no waste water treatment; dry practicality and economy are better than wet.3) Researching new product development test according to market. Through synthesis, deep processing technology, formed H-WF-1, H-WF-2, H-WF-3 three varieties, the quality of products have reached international advanced grade level.After the popularization of this research result in industrial production, it can improving the product quality, increasing product variety, and making the series, which greatly increased sales and market share of our products both in domestic and abroad,and bring economic benefits for company.
