| when science and technology competition is becoming more and more drastic,The design of functional molecular materials has been a main challenge for scientists in world now.Azo compounds are compounds which have—N = N—health, and azo group is a kind of optically active group, under the effect of light and heat,the Azo compound can be a cis-trans (trans - cis) and cis - trans (cis - trans) isomerization transition, when use the different wavelengths(入2 and入1 ) light the Azo compound,it can change between cis and trans, leading to its absorption characteristics are reversible changes.In recent years,Azobenzene and many of its derivatives are characterized by reversible transformations from the generally more stable trans form to the less stable cis form upon irradiation with UV or visible light to yield a photostationary composition that is wavelength and temperature dependent.Having optical activity of azobenzene, it has potential applieations for optiealdatastorage,nonlinear,optieamaterials,liquiderystal,Polymer,Photoeleetriedeviees,Photoregulation of bioactivity of biomolecule and nanometer technology.For example, azo dye is a promising candidate for rewritable optical disc medium for its trans-cis photoisomerization.I synthesize four azo compounds(3a , 3b , 3c , 3d),which have double azobenze,mainly through diazo couping method.namely: 3,4 - dichloro-nitrobenzene, hydroquinone as raw materials were synthesized by intermediate (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), and finally synthesis of azobenzene containing four products,each step of our synthetic intermediates and final products were characterized by IR, UV - visible spectroscopy, MS, NMR,and,we made a preliminary study of the photochomic properties of the 3a,3b,3c,3d, but we did not find the best light conditions, therefore, we should continue to search for the best lighting conditions the end product ,and it is our experimental group to study.In summary ,in this research ,four new azo compounds were synthesized and characterized, and a major research paper is as follows:1,The intermediates (1a, 2a, 1b,2b,1c,2c,1d,2d )were synthesized and characterized by MS,UV-Vis and 1HNMR,IR.2,Four new azo compounds (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) were synthesized and characterized by MS,UV-Vis and 1HNMR,IR.3,we made a preliminary study of the photochomic properties of the 3a,3b,3c,3d. |
