The Investigation Of Logistics' Dispatch And Optimize In Steel-Production

To the production logistics of the Jin'Xi Steel Enterprise's second steel plant as the background, this paper has built the experimental platform about the dynamic monitoring of the Workshop traveler,the network of collection in information of production logistics and the Database of logistic information on the base of the PLC,OPC and OLAP technology. The optimization in network monitoring and production management has realized in the system of steel plant logistics.The fact has been found that the procession of steel-making is continuous, fuzzy and complicated by the status of the Jin'Xi Steel Enterprise's second steel plant. In the production process, which is multi-path and multistage, the artificial collecting way of logistics is ineffective and fallible. So it can not content the steel enterprise's requirement for effective logistic system. So the exploitation for the system of logistics' optimization and management has the important means in according the steel enterprise's benefit.The main context of this paper is included the followings. The realization of the dynamic monitoring and workshop traveler control which was used by the method of integration between the digital sensor and PLC. This paper make use of the proximity switch and the weighting sensor in the dynamic monitoring of the workshop travelers and make use of the fuzzy logic control by PLC in according the accuracy of the workshop travelers. This paper designs the network of OPC for the purpose of according the affection of the logistic data's collection. On the other hand, this paper makes the king View software as the monitoring platform for the purpose of monitoring the workshop travelers' position, velocity and weight, and counting the logistic data by the order in boilers' number, teams' number, the dosage of materials and so on. On the base of the SQL Databases, this paper make use of the OLAP arithmetic to design the logistic database and realize the effective, purposive and arrangement analysis methods in the purpose of according the enterprise's benefit.
