Fine-grains and so on surface dust of the coal will be scattered on the surface of road and raise in railway transportation because the train bumps and the wind power effects. It brings about dust pollution to varying degrees to the environment of railroad line. Especially when the trains go at high speed and pass each other in traffic, the grains that are scattered by the wind power will be more. It interferes with the normal use of ground equipment, affects the traffic safety. At the same time due to the loss of the goods, the owner suffers from a certain amount of economic loss.The method of Chemistry dust suppression has good dustproof effect, and it is simple and easy to do. It is effective dustproof method during the transportation process of the scattered coal of railroad and other granular materials. Therefore, according to the large evaporation of scattered coal and the strong air disturbance in railway transportation, it is a problem at present demanding prompt solution that we should carry out new research and development about highly efficient dust suppressants in order to achieve the purpose of environment protection and energy conservation transports.This paper mainly introduces my development content about the formula of two new bond dust suppression, the dust suppressant production and spraying process. The L dust suppression is the natural environmental bonder mainly by the natural high polymer cement and made through using the technological equipment of oxidation, dextrin, completing, and blending graft modification, plastic prepares. The paper introduces the choice and function of the dust suppression formula component. It discusses the dextrin temperature, the amount, the time, the oxidized temperature and the time, the oxidant amount, the pH value of reacting system, as well as the function and the amount used of the stem grafting modifier, the plasticizer, the defoamer, the antiseptic, the drier, the catalyst. It discusses the influence on quality in the production process of feeding methods. Tested by the Shandong Province Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute and Inspection Center, Shandong Province fuel examination center, the product quality conforms to technical requirements of the Ministry of Railways profession standard Railroad Coal Transportation Dust suppression Engineering factor TB/T3210.1-2009. The G dust suppression belongs to the formula of high polymer surface active agent. It mainly takes the high polymer filmogen, and it takes the high polymer padding, the high polymer moisture absorption plasticizer, the high polymer viscosity increasing agent and the surface active agent dissolves as the supplementary material to become mixed with cold water. According to the dust suppression bonding properties, the infiltration performance, the dissolved performance, the economy and flexibility of coal caking properties, the dry performance, it carries on the product ingredient choice and the metering adjustment. Tested by the Shandong Province Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, Inspection Center, Shandong Province fuel examination center and the Shandong Province Academy of Medical Sciences, the G dust suppression product conforms to the technical requirements of the Ministry of Railways profession standard Railroad Coal Transportation Dust suppression Engineering factor. In the specification situation, the product cost reduces large scale, which is more advantageous to the railroad coal transportation dust suppression work.After the field test, the product bonding properties of the dust suppression is good. The solidification coat, which has certain intensity, can prevent to be excessively staved in the train transportation process. It has the good anti-rain and the frostproof performance, because the rain and the low temperature do not affect the bonding properties of the solidification coat. It does not affect the operational performance of the coal, and has not adverse effect to the coal burning value. The product itself is a green type, and it does not cause environmental pollution in the, use and production. The product is non-corrosive to the rail vehicle envelope, and costs low. It is fully able to meet the demand of dust suppression work in rail transportation of coal. The product is the leading product in the domestic similar products.This paper introduces two kinds of production technique design proposals about dust suppression. It discusses the spraying amount, relation between the time interval of vehicles hook files and the vehicle speed and focusing on the preparation of dust suppression and gantry spraying process. Sprinkler systems include sprinkler pump, cleaning tank, measuring system, sprinkler equipment. The major function is that when the spray appliance moves, the stock pot provides the prepared mixed dust suppression solution to spray pass the spray pump up to the spraying equipment, and then the cleaning liquid provided by the cleaning liquid pot cleans the nozzle after raising the spraying pump. The system has real-time control and data acquisition and processing, database management, report generation of curves and reporting functions to meet the dust suppression demand in rail transportation of coal.
