The Aluminum Ingot Turnover Mechanism is a key parts of the Aluminium Ingot Continuously Casting Production Line.The machine's stabilization and reliability were impacted on its performance,so that it can't improve efficiency better。In a word,The Aluminum Ingot Turnover Mechanism stabilization andreliability are one of the urgent demanded key problems.This paper is established in conditions that met the Aluminum Tngot Turnover Mechanism system's operational stability, improved the productivity.and useful time of aluminum ingot.A reasonable driving mode for of the aluminum ingot turnover mechanism is studied.This paper takes the 22t/h Aluminum Ingot Turnover Mechanism as subject investigated,aiming at the problems of the traditional driving mode of the aluminum ingot turnover mechanism,reduce the wallop of the piston, and the high speed change rate of the piston and easy to lead to shock and vibration are analyzed.Firstly, by comparing the pneumatic, servo motor and hydraulic drive,this paper choose a better performance-hydraulic drive as a drive of Aluminum Ingot Turnover Mechanism.Secondly, the change of load and speed during turn over of aluminum ingot is analyzed, and the load torque and the equivalent load are calculated. Thirdly,the hydraulic circuit, pneumatic system schematic diagram and rotary hydraulic cylinder meet needs of applicationare designed.Finally, the mathematical model of buffer device is built, and the ideal curve of plunger and buffer pore structure parameters of buffer device under the conditions counter balance valve in circuit are studied。Look for perfect buffer effects,to make a smooth deceleration of aluminum ingots in moving terminal stage。The mathematical model of hydraulic system is set up according to the hydraulic elementary, the Simulink tool of MATLAB software is used to make dynamic characteristic analysis and simulation experiment.In the simulation courses,many specific conditions have been considered, the parameters are set before did the simulation experiments.Based on simulation,the simulation curves of the velocity of piston in hydraulic turnover cylinder, the control pressure of count balance valve and the pressure of oil return were obtained. The simulation result shows that the hydraulic system of aluminum ingot turnover mechanism is a stable system.The parameters have favorable dynamic characteristic.The velocity of aluminum ingot in the process of turn over may effective control,reduced the impact in the two extremes and improved the stability in the process of turning.The dynamic performance of hydraulic system of the Aluminum Ingot Turnover Mechanism is analyzed and estimated.In this sense, it provided the certain theoretic evidence for improving the stabilization and reliability of the Aluminum Ingot Turnover Mechanism.
