For the wool textile industry, Textile fabric is the main indicator of the integrated level of the quality management and enterprise technology. The quality of fabric including yarn and weaving defects,With the market competition is getting more fiercer day by day, users requirements the quality of the fabric is getting more and more higher, and to improve the quality of yarn is becoming an important factor for success in the business competition of the market. In the actual production, some domestic wool textile enterprises always encounter the irrelevant problems between the quality of yarn and fabric, which is not conducive to the control of the major of the appearances of the yarn and fabric. And to solve the current rating level of yarn and fabric quality phase out of touch with the quality and grade of the practical problems. And use the mathematical and statistical methods to study and solve the issue of correlation analysis. The results show that the quality of wool fabric, rough yarn with 100 meters, long section of rough yarn and neps yarn were positive linear correlation, however, there is no line associated among the elastic yarn with 100 meters, thick places with 100 meters, yarn irregularity weight, count the number of unevenness, yarn grades, usually occurred yarn defects and the long and thin places yarn. Finally, to establish the regression equation that can predict the quality of the grey cloth. At the same time, modifications the yarn original test, to establishment which linked to the quality of fabric, which provides a reasonable guidance for predicting and controlling the quality of production.
