The coking coal blending the accuracy of the iron and steel enterprises in turn determines the quality of and cost of steelmaking. Therefore, developing reliable, small size, low-cost component of new coal micro-measuring device is in the pipeline. In this paper, FPGA-based structure of the coal + ARM embedded processors, micro-component measuring device solutions using ARM processors and FPGA programmable logic devices, the program-based hardware design. The hardware of the systerm is designen to ARM and FPGA as a platform, ARM use processor S3C2410, and FPGA use Altera's EP1C6Q240C8 chips. The hardware's design is arounded the core chip FPGA,wihch carried out the external drive circuit, line array CCD and the A / D converter's timing design and interface with the ARM ; The ARM processor achieved the control and peripheral drivers of the system, and based on Linux to core migration and LCD driver's development. |
