The Engineering Application And Analysis Of Control System Of Flue Gas Desulfurization For 2×600 Units

Along with the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, the wet flue gas desulfurization system has become a necessary part of thermal power plant. The environmental protection department is strict with the monitoring system, and the control system of desulfurization island has become an indispensable part. On the basis of project construction of Phase II expansion of 2×600 000 Tieling Power Plant, this paper introduces the composition structure of DCS in desulfurization island and instrument selection, and details of the control strategy of automatic adjustment, sequence control and protection of the loop. Finally it introduces the design principles and basic norms of control system of desulfurization island, and sums up the experience of construction, so it could be a valuable reference for design and construction of the control system of desulfurization island.
