In the process of development and application of simulation of chemical production system, pipeline network is the connection of all parts of the whole system; moreover, due to the complexity of pipeline network and the nonlinear relation between flow and head in it, the solution of the model of pipeline network is become more and more crucial. While the complexity and the uncertain convergence of algorithm, which make most traditional solutions of pipeline network difficult to apply to computer simulation.On the base of conclusion of dynamic and static researches on pipeline network from predecessors, this paper had proposed an analytic method of chemical pipeline network with stable head nodes. And had designed a synthesized experiment platform for simulation of pipeline network by the summary of various typical pipeline network structures and some pipeline networks of the process of preparation of hydrogen from coal, we can do many basic experiments such as single pipeline, series pipeline, branch pipeline, mixed pipeline, parallel pipeline and bypass pipeline on this platform, which make it convenient to the application to computer simulation of the shortcut algorithm of pipeline network, and it can also analog the practical state of some pipeline networks of the process of preparation of hydrogen from coal.
