Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) has potential applications on biology and medicines. But CNTs can not disperse in all the solvents and it has toxicity for cells. These disadvantages limit its applications.This paper synthesised a new type of sugar-based surfactant. It can increase CNTs'disperse ability and decrease the toxicity of CNTs.The CNTs sorption N-Hexadecyl-D-gluconamide in different concentration of methanol, ethanol and isopropanol can disperse better than sorption in water. The compound has greatest disperse ability is which was treated in 20% methanol. The N-Hexadecyl-D-gluconamide sorption on CNTs via physics adsorption effect and does not change the structure and character of CNTs.The compound adsorb Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA) by the mass ratio of 1:1,1:0.8 and 1:0.6 respectively. The resulting solution were assayed at different temperatures of 25℃,45℃, 65℃to assay the change of protein's secondary structure after be adsorbed. The results indicate that after be adsorbed, the change of secondary structure is tiny. The retainα-helix amplitude is more than 74%. Nanocomposites preparation in 20% methanol keep the secondary structure best,the retainα-helix can even more than 85%. More sugar-based surfactant be adsorbed by CNTs, the disperse ability will be better, the secondary structure of BSA will be keep more perfectly. The research indicates that the sensibility to temperature of BSA does not changed before and after be adsorbed. At the temperature of 45℃and 65℃, the retainα-helix are about 90% and 70%both free BSA and the adsorbed BSA.
