Study On Secondary Development Technology Of Huan-127 East Block

Well pattern of first development has been scrapped nearly. This block has been in low-speed mining status for a long time. Recovery rate 0.2%,stage recovery percent only 11.4%,Stimulation effect got poorer.In order to fully excavate potential resources, improve the level of oilfield development. First to launch the comprehensive evaluation of first development on adaptability of development method, adaptability of development technology, development effect,reserves producing ,potential of remaining reserves. On this basis, promote fine reservoir description and reconstruct underground knowledge system, use horizontal wells technology to reconstruct well structure,implement vertical and horizontal wells combined reselection development mode. Treat "triple-re" as the core content and technical route of Huan-127 east blocks old oil fields secondary development feasibility research, exploration and practice.Use dynamic analysis and numerical simulation methods to study the distribution of remaining oil and definite the remaining oil accumulation area. According to the study of the adaptability of horizontal wells, the optimization of horizontal well position,the optimization length of length design, the optimization of completion and preventing technology, deployed 15 secondary development horizontal wells.In order to make full use of old wells resources and prevent the steam channeling, targeted in vertical and horizontal combined steam stimulation technology study,further optimize development mode, ensured the implementation effect. After the implementation, the recovery percent of this block has multiplied about ten times. The predictable ultimate recovery percent can improve to 15.8%,as found a new Huan-127 east block.Through the secondary development of Huan-127 east block, solved the contradiction of this block, extended the old oilfield development age limit, all-round improve the development effect.
