Product material is gas-phase linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) referred to in the production of important equipments, part is a kind of easy accidents of special equipment. In a pot of higher temperature cycle is causing stress is the main reason for the equipment failure, and expected during the fatigue life of equipment design, reasonable structure is a key technology problems. In this paper, the structure and a tank, the first routine work load of a design method of each part of tank wall thickness calculation in design, upper elliptical head, upper barrel, the cylinder and the thickness of the conical shell 22mm respectively 18mm, size, 22mm. Then, considering the upper elliptical head hole and bottom hole taper asymmetric structure, using fem, and established a jar upside structure (including elliptical head, cylinder and over) and (including the barrel, cone and hole over the three-dimensional finite element model). Using the analysis and design method,calculation and analysis for discharging cans in 6 kinds of conditions, and the stress distribution of dangerous section linearization, the maximum stress a tank are less allowable stress, satisfy the static strength design requirements. In normal working cycle 0 ~ 1.76 MPa pressure under the stress calculation and analysis for alternating stress amplitude and 63.4 MPa, revised alternating stress amplitude, the cumulative damage to 67.5 MPa 0.064 coefficient for use in accordance with JB4732 standard, the fatigue strength, satisfy the requirements on this design of C - 4012 discharging cans can in production safety operation.
