In this thesis, HJ1 was chose for raw material, to find high efficient microalgae resource for the preparation of biodiesel. Studied on the fermentation conditions, process of extraction, reducing acid value and producing biodiesel, and chemical constituents of HJ1 oil and biodiesel products were measured and analyzed. The results of the research were summarized as follows:1. By shaking fermentation, the appropriate culture condition of HJ1 was: culture temperature 30°C. culture time 15d, stirring rate 150r/min. In the culture conditions, the biomass of HJ1 reached 12%.2. The best counterflow condition of sorbite for extracting from HJ1 oil was: as the petroleum ether for the extraction solvent, extraction temperature 85°C, extraction time 4h, seeds/ solvent ratio 1 : 6. And oil can be extracted which the oil yield could be as high as 22%.3. The acid value of HJ1 oil was 7.25mgKOH/g, need to reduce the acid. Use anhydrous methanol to extract free fatty acid in HJ1 oil, the acid value of HJ1 oil can be reduced to 1.07mgKOH/g from 7.25mgKOH/g, and could reach the demand of oil quality to produce biodiesel fuel.4. Use the GC-MS analysis of the chemical constituents of HJ1 oil, the results showed that the main components and contents in the HJ1 oil were oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid, in addition, there were a few palmitoleic acid, stearic acid and lindenic acid. Similar to the vegetable oil, rich in unsaturated fatty acid, not only can substitute vegetable oil for producing edible oil, also can be used as a new oil source to prepare biodiesel.5. Using KOH as catalyst, the optimal reaction condition of producing biodiesel with the lower acid value HJ1 oil was: 60°C reaction temperature. 2h reaction time. 1.0% w/w catalyst of KOH and 8 '. 1 molar ratio of alcohol to oil. Under this condition, the yield of biodiesel was 66%, and the contents of fatty acid methyl esters in biodiesel production were 98%. Use the GC-MS analysis of chemical of the biodiesel, the results showed that the the biodiesel had reached the requirements of diesel substitute, so the biodiesel by HJ1 oil could replacement mineral diesel.
