| The sanitary landfill leachate is a complex and high-density organic wastewater with considerable variations in water quality and water quantity, so its treatment is always a worldwide difficult question in the area of wastewater treatment. In the recent yeas, the landfill leachate treatment methods have improved greatly. Based on the systematic analysis of the new research results on the leachate characteristics and its treatment methods at home and abroad, the author chose the ananerobic digestion with UASB as pretreatment process. The ananerobic digestion extent was controlled by changing the HRT of UASB system, so it could be ensured that the effluent had some extent biological degradation and adapted C/N ration, which would be in favor of aerobic biological treatment of organic matter and nitrogen removal. To the late leachate , it was suggested using MAP sedimentation as the pretreatment process to wipe off the most part of NH4+-N and some organic matter, which improved C/N ration. The leachate after pretreatment were fed to MBR to finish the degradation of the organic carbon and biological nitrogen removal. After biological treatment process, there were still some non-biodegraded organic matters which by analysis mainly were humic acid, fulvic acid and halogenated organic compounds. To meet the emission standards, artificial wetland and coagulation are economical and effective methods for leachate's advance treatment.In the process of anaerobic digestion pretreatment with UASB, the leachate from Houcun Municipal Landfill was fed to UASB. When HRT of UASB was 48h, effluent BOD5/CODCr and BOD5/NH4+-N were 0.32 and 5.0 respectively.In the aerobic process with MBR, the effluent of UASB whose HRT was 48h was added to MBR for further treatments. It was studied the ability of the removal of the CODCr and the nitrogen. The research also analyzed the change rules of the CODCr,. MBR treatment cycle. Then it was confirmed that the SND technology can be applied in the MBR treatment. |
