| Screen printing obtains more and more widespread application with its unique printing way. Screen printing can be used in plane surface printing and curved surface printing, oblique arm plane screen printing machine is one of the most universal type of the plane screen printing press at present. With the development of electronics industry, people have set a higher request in the screen printing quality that used in the electronic products. Restrained in the traditional design and fabrication technology, the quality of the oblique arm plane screen printing machine receives frequent challenge. Therefore, analyzes the main structure of the oblique arm plane screen printing machine and quests for promoting printing quality from improving the mechanism structure have the important significance in our country. The thesis takes an enterprise's concrete data as the basis, by the study of the main structure, uses the basic theory of mechanics and the finite element method, mainly conduct the theoretical research and simulation analysis of the swing frame that mainly affected the printing pressure, then quests for the optimized way and method in mechanism.The main work and results are as follows:1. Analyzed the influence relations between the printing pressure and the printing ink transmissibility, obtained its relational expression.2. Researched on the relations among the screen plate, off-contact distance and printing pressure, revealed the technical relations, it is shown by research that the screen resilience and off-contact distance affect the printing pressure greatly.3. Carried on the static structure analyses to the swing frame and the guide rail, obtained the relations of the printing pressure that affected by the swing frame and guide rail's intensity and rigidity, provided the technical reference for new machine development.4. Analyzed the squeegee frame and its law of motion influenced on the printing pressure, the law of the squeegee frame's motion was restricted from the angle of optimized printing process, provided the basis for setting the optimum position of printing image in the reality process of printing. 5. Carried on the modal analysis and the finite element static analysis by the finite element analysis software and theory, revealed the stress,strain and displacement distribution situation of the swing frame by the action of variational force. The results obtained by software are close to theoretical results, the biggest displacement disparity is only 4.72%. Indicated that use the mature finite element analysis software as well as the theoretical formula can carry on analyze of the swing frame, the results obtained by the both will not get too big error.6. Carried the optimum design research on the primary structures of the swing frame, proposed the structure improving way to enhance the swing frame, and provided the instruction for new swing frame design. The results obtained by the numerical analysis (including static analysis and modal analysis) indicated that the underlay block's size and fixing position, as well as the side girder's length and width are the major parameters that affect the performance of the swing frame. Takes them as the design variable, can optimize the swing frame and improve the structure's mechanical properties. |
