Since the modernization movement of science education around the world, the education of scientific concepts, scientific methods, scientific attitudes, etc. and moral education has become the subject of Education Reform. The education of Organic Chemistry plays an important part of Science Education. It is of great significance to enhance the infiltration of scientific conception in the teaching and in organic chemistry courses. It promotes students'understanding of the essence of science; improve their Scientific Literacy, the sense and ability of lifelong learning.The survey shows that at present teachers'level of understanding of scientific concepts and its education value and its methods in organic chemistry can not be optimistic; the high-school students'overall level of scientific concepts is not high and lacks of the ability to solve problems under the guidance of Science Conception. Thus, this study, based on the new curriculum standards Textbook of Elective 5 of Organic Chemistry teaching requirements and the basic concepts in the history of modern organic chemistry, selects typical teaching cases and discusses strategies and methods to infiltrate the science conceptions:to properly understand the complexity of organic chemical reaction through the experiments (experimental sense); to enhance the idea that Structure determines Properties with the help of Media and Do-it-yourself Class(structural sense);to promote the study of the development and transformation of Functional Group by taking advantage of conceptual graph and mind mapping(Sense of classification and transformation); to establish the consciousness of Green Chemistry by creating certain situations and infiltrating the STS conception (value of science).
