High-speed CNC machine tools technical level and the level of ownership is asign of measuring the level of national manufacturing. High-speed machine toolspindle unit is the basis and key that determine machine tool high-speed,high-precision performance. High-speed electric spindle is the basic structural units ofhigh-speed machine tool. In the manufacturing process of tool parts, the performanceof spindle components is the important key factors that affect workpiece quality andproduction efficiency. Because spindle spindle error is one of the most critical spindleperformance parameters, spindle accuracy test has been the focus of scholarlyresearch all over the world.Now, with the view of engineering design, test and analyze is used to verify thequality and design after designed. With the view of assembled, test and analyze isused to verify the basis assembled, and is regarded as the reference for improve theproducts quality. With the view of customer, the result of analyze is to take for areference that customer demand.A spindle motion accuracy measurement will inevitably be influenced by theshape of the target surface. For high precision spindles, the form error cannot beneglected. So the research of spindle motion error measurement technique focuses onthe error separation techniques. In this project, a high speed electric spindle waschosen to be the research object; three main error separation techniques were studied.According to the characteristics of the high speed ultra precise spindle, a simple andeffective error separation technique-statistical EST is developed to realize thereal-time dynamic spindle error motion measurement. Detailed theoretical analysiswas discussed; the relative measuring method and idiographic data process techniquewere given.According to the requirement of the statistical EST, a hardware system used forhigh speed ultra precise spindle motion error measurement was built and based onsampling theorem and the basic theory of filtering, dynamic spindle motion errormeasurement software system was developed base on the virtual instrument techniqueon Labview 8.5. On this simulation system, the statistical EST was applied andstochastic spindle motion error and periodic spindle motion error were simulated. Theresults of the simulation show that this method is effective. In addition, this paperanalyzed the law that statistical laps how to affect accuracy of the measurementresults.At the end of this paper, the high speed spindle motion error dynamicmeasurement system was used for the motion error measurement of the high speedelectric spindle which was developed by the lab of high speed machining of BJUT.The measurement data was analyzed, and were compared with the SPN-300 DynamicAnalyzer. Eventually, the validity of the statistical EST was evaluated and the reliability of the measuring system was tested. |
