In the field of printing, shaftless driving technology is no longer strange, and gradually become a new concept with international recognization. Shaftless technology increase the flexibility of printing and improve the quality of printing, which is a hot spots of NC technology in the current.Shaftless driving technology simplified mechanical parts, providing a greater mechanical flexibility, reducing the pretreatment time, makes printing running more smoothly at high speed . By eliminating the constraints and shortcomings of traditional mechanical transmission and gear box in order to improve the printing quality,and reduce manufacturing costs, people accept the shaftless driving technology with a fast pace from a shaft driving technology concept.As the existing Shaftless driving technology is basically used for printing or textile machinery,printing presses become the necessary equipment for the Shaftless driving technology research.But it can not be universal because of the large price, We need to develop a test platform for motion control axes, for shaftless printing equipment in the functional tests, in order to separate the servo motor sets of the offset and flexo printing unit, provide off-line simulation Experiment: Shaftless drive system of motion and logic control algorithm to run in the industrial computer control process control servo motor to start, stop, acceleration, deceleration and other motor function; Test the feasibility and reliability of shaftless control algorithms; also a SERCOS slave hardware and control algorithms, Input and output from the station functions of Profibus I / O digital. They will be used by shaftless technological achievements and be transformed into actual production, to further improve the Shaftless driving technology in the printing industry application.The specific work of the topic: First , Design control test specifications by 3D graphics software SolidWorks;after finished, design the software and hardware of the shaftless control based on the PLC technology platform and the SERCOS interface technology. The control system use open control platform based on IPC and bus communication card, which uses SERCOS bus for motion control, Profibus for logic control. Consistent CoDeSys,which with the international standards IEC61131-3 as PLC software development and debugging tools to complete the Shaftless driving control system platform, in order to achieve high-speed and high precision shaftless motion and logic control of servo motor.
