The chemical kinetics simulation of destruction of NOx/SO2 by dielectric barrier discharge is researched to improve the destruction efficiency and have this method applied in industry. The chemical kinetics model of high energy electron with neutral gas particle and active particle in post-pulse regime is created in this paper. The plug flow plasma reactor model, which characterizes the destruction of NOx /SO2 experiments in our lab, is utilized to simulate reactions in different gas constituents. The ROP method and radical theory are used to analyze the factor which affects the destruction efficiency. The influence of content of H2O and O2 to destruction efficiency of NOx/SO2 and concentrations of NO2 and N2O is analyzed.As an application basic research, the result of simulation has reference value to improve destruction efficiency. |
