N-(4-amino-2-ethoxy-phenyl) acetamide is the important intermediate synthesis for synthesizing medicine and pesticide. According to sruding a large amount of academic documents, this paper designs a series of chemical reactions like cyclization, nitration, hydrolysis, acylation, reduction, etc. in order to synthesize 2-acetyl-amino-5-nitrophenol;The structure of the synthesized compounds are detected by using infrared spectroscopy (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), melting point instrument (MP), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), etc.Better experimental conditions are fixed by observing various influences to reaction producing by different material ratio, reaction temperature, solvent in designed single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment, etc.During the synthesis process of the N-(4-amino-2-ethoxyl-phenyl) acetamide, better experimental conditions are fixed by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. That is,4-acetyl-amino-3-ethoxyphenyl base nitrobenzene 4g, acid 8mL, iron 4g, the temperature is 70℃, reaction time 3h. it is showed by the confirmatory experimental results that conversion rate of 4-acetyl-amino-3-ethoxyl nitrobenzene achieves 84.1% and the purity achieves 92.9%.
