| Liquid core reduction(LCR)in thin slab continuous casting can solve the problem which matching thickness between thin slab continuous casting and direct rolling. So the technology is sure to be one mainstream in continuous casting technologies .Based on the case of Handan CSP process ,So I have done the special research about LCR of thin slab continuous casting .Through the study of the thin slab continuous casting slab system characteristics, the two-dimensional coupled temperature-stress methematical model, according to the case of Handan CSP process, establish corresponding CSP thermal boundary conditions (crystallizer internal boundary conditions, two cold area thermal boundary conditions), the displacement of boundary condition, the thermal physical parameters and basic parameters, relying on large-scale non-linear finite element software ABAQUS, calculate slab in liquid core pressing process, from the crystallizer bend surface area to the exit of cold heat distortion circumstance and solidification.The process of thin slab under liquid core reduction in Handan Iron and Steel Company is calculated based on the careful study of the heat transformation theory and the production process in Handan Iron and Steel Company.By comparing the actual CSP thin slab continual casting results under liquid core reduction measured in Handan Iron and Steel Company with the value of the model,it proves that the model this paper have established is correct and reliable.It has been found that the relationship between the process parameters , such as reduction, secondary cooling intensity ,and casting speed in Handan Iron and Steel Company CSP thin slab continual casting process through the huge simulations with thin slab temperature field and stress field, analysis the law these parameters showed on the slab solidification and deformation, some advices have been made for Handan Iron and Steel Company CSP production process... |
