Nanophase materials with special shapes were biominerally synthesized. The research has become a promising subject and has widely been studied by scientists on fields of nano-science, chemistry, life science and material science in recent years due to the mild reaction conditions of biological systems .In this dissertation, microorganism was chosen as template, the deposition experiments were carried out based on deposition of inorganic salt inner organism. The experimental results were characterized and analyzed by a series of Test technology. The obtained new results were as follows:Eukaryon microorganism-- Brewers dried yeast, Rhizopus chinensis, Aspergillus niger -was chosen as template, Na2SeO3 as selenium source, the biominerally synthesized experiments were carried out. Se red nano particles(diameter50 100nm)can be synthesized by the eukaryon microbial cells as the template. TiO2 nano particles(linear and netted )can be synthesized by the origin nuclear microbial cells (Bacillus subtilis)and the eukaryon microbial cells (Brewers dried yeast)as the template and tetrabutyl titanateas selenium source.The results show that nano-structure morphology and the number of micro biological mineralization not only relate to types and structure of the microbiology,but also to the nutrient elements and culture conditions during mineralization. The experiment results can be the base of micro biological mineralization and its further application.
