Computer simulation technology to the computer system as the core, bases on the manipulation console, collects the data from the actual workplace, sets up the data model, and combines with the physical operation, so that people within a particular environment in the laboratory will be able to get the real feeling of the actual environment. With the development of computer simulation technology, using computer simulation technology to develop 3D simulation system for more and more people's attention and favor.Forging machine, also known as forging hydraulic pressure machine, for the completion of the free forging process, under the pressure of work cylinder of forging machine, through the above anvil,the underside anvil, and some common tools to make steel ingots or steel billets to generate plastic deformation, in order to obtain the required shape and size of the forging. The computer simulation technology used in 3D simulation of forging machine can be applied to product display, personnel training and many other fields.Java3D as a 3D development of technology, it is the Java language expand in the 3D field, its fast speed of modeling,network transmission efficiency,good expansibility,platform-independent and other advantages make it a very good choice that makes the computer simulation technology to apply to the 3D simulation of forging machine.In this paper, makes deep research on the key technology of 3D simulation of forging machine. In the 3D modeling of forging machine, this paper imports the SolidWorks forging machine manufacturing data into Java3D scene, quickly sets up 3D model of the forging machine, the established model has the feature of authenticity and accuracy. Achieve from any point to view the 3D model of the forging machine. Using Java thread technology to control 3D shape movements, accurately simulates the movement of the various components when the forging machine in the process of forging. In the interaction, both software and hardware interaction are established, the user can interact by using the simulation operation console, can also interact with the software interaction interface which is set up by the configuration software. In the software system to communicate with operation console, using OPC technology to achieve the communication between software systems and hardware equipment, so that the software system has good interactivity and expansibility. Through the simulation operation console manipulate the simulation system can help forging machine operators to learn,exercise the operation of forging machine, and improve the professional level of workers and enterprises productivity. At the same time simulation system as a part of the sale of forging machine manufacturer products, improves product competitiveness.
