Nanotechnology is a field in micro-engineering, is currently a hot topic of scientific research.Nanotechnology has the potential to create many new materials and devices with a vast range of applications, such as in physics, bioengineering, chemical engineering, medical engineering, agriculture and other production. In these areas, nanofiber has the very broad value space. For example, it can be used in sustained-release, nanometre part, different kinds of filtration equipment, protective materials and nano-material insect distinfestation. However, there are many methods to make the nano-fiber, and the electrospinning technology becomes the main method to produce micron or nano-fibers because of its low-cost equipments used, its simple operating procedure and its significant advantage.ZnO is an important II-V semiconductor in materials science, and the Fetter exciton can be as high as 60meV. It has a broad application prospects in such as the short wavelength light-emitting diode, laser, ultraviolet detectors, gas sensors, transparent conductive films, thin magnetic semiconductors, high-frequency and high power devices and their associated devices.In this paper, through the method of electrospinning, with the polyethylene imidacloprid and mineral chromium oxazolidinone (zinc acetate) as the precursor prepared ZnO nano-fiber. And then, with the calcinations at high temperatures, to obtain ZnO nanofiber felt. Finally, by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, photoluminescence, and various analytical techniques, it carries on the attribute to the sample. The study found that the higher the concentration of polymer, composite fibers grow larger as the voltage increases, composite fiber diameter larger after the first, smaller. Calcination temperature, ZnO nanofiber diameter decreases, XRD analysis showed that the better the fiber crystallinity, photoluminescence results show that the prepared luminescence properties of ZnO nanofiber good.
