In this paper, the microwave digestion, drying digestion of two different pretreatment were discussed. and the heavy metals were detected in the Procambarus clarkii and its water on the various regions of Anhui, on the basis of the heavy metals of various regions of the Procambarus clarkii in Anhui, the risk assessment was carried out. The heavy metals distribution in the Procambarus clarkii was studied. The last , The ability to lead release of the Procambarus clarkii was researched, according to the first-order kinetic equation from the lead in the Procambarus clarkii. The purification rate and the biological half-life were calculated.1. The comparison of the heavy metals detection rate by microwave digestion and drying digestion in the Procambarus clarkii. With microwave digestion, the content of Cd,Cu and Pb in Procambarus clarkii was measured by atcmic absorption spectrometry. The comparison of microwave with drying digestion revealed that microwave digestion is superior to drying digestion in precision and recovery. By the microwave digestion of Procambarus clarkii samples, the determination of Pb, Cd, Cu average content were 0.249 mg / kg, 0.032mg/kg, 15.49mg/kg, The average recoveries were 92.8%, 90.2%, 94.3%; By the drying digestion of Procambarus clarkii sample Pb, Cd, Cu, respectively, the average concent were 0.235 mg / kg, 0.027mg/kg, 15.19mg/kg, The average recoveries were 82.8%, 78.3%, 82.8%. The results showed that: Microwave digestion detection rate, accuracy, recovery rate than drying digestion greatly improved.2. The risk assessment of heavy metals in Procambarus clarkii and its waters in Anhui.According to Anhui Procambarus clarkii aquaculture situation, the 10 areas in different regions were selected, respectively. The heavy metals of the Procambarus clarkii and its breeding waters were analyzed, and in accordance with the heavy metal pollution, the risk assessment was carried out. The results showed that: all regions of Anhui, the water quality of aquaculture water quality standards are in line with the Fisheries (GB11607-89); In addition to the pond in Tongling, at all rice farming mode Procambarus clarkii were beyond lead content standard, in the other culture models ,the heavy metals of Procambarus clarkii were under the corresponding national health standards.3. The heavy metals of Procambarus clarkii in different tissues of the content analysisRespectively, the lead, cadmium, copper, arsenic, mercury of the liver, abdominal muscle, gills, foot muscle, the tail in the Procambarus clarkii were analyzed. The regular pattern were as follows: Pb: gills> liver> tail> abdominal muscle> foot muscle Cd: liver> gills> tail> abdominal muscle> foot muscle Cu: gills> liver> tail> abdominal muscle> foot muscle As: gills> liver> tail> abdominal muscle> foot muscle Hg: liver> gills> tail> abdominal muscle≥foot muscle4. The release capacity of lead in the Procambarus clarkiiThe lead detection rate of Procambarus clarkii for keeping water, According to sub-time detection of lead content in the Procambarus clarkii, the first-order kinetic model derived from the rate of lead, the half-life of lead was calculated in 15.05 days.
