| In this thesis, a kind of ignition to detonation train, named separate initiation system, was researched experimentally. Such system will be applied in the fuse to enhance its safety because of no use of detonators.B-KNO3 mixture which meets the military standard was prepared and used as the charge of igniting element. The three formulas of S Y (cocrystal of triethylene diamine perchlorate and ethylene diamine perchlorate) coated by 1% shellac,2% MoS2 and 3% Al, respectively, were used as the booster charge in thick aluminum shell (6.00 mm in diameter and 5.00 mm in length) with no bottom. The charge pressures of B-KNO3 were 40MPa,80MPa and 120MPa, respectively. Results showed that the critical charge weight of B-KNO3 to ignite lead cable of SY+2% MoS2 was 20mg for 40MPa,25mg for 80MPa and 30mg for120MPa which were lower than that of SY+1% shellac and SY+3% Al.The suitability of above three formulas for DDT device was tested and SY+2% MoS2 was proved to be suitable for our DDT device. It has moderate thermal stability and lower friction sensitivity (gauge pressure 2.06MPa, tilt angle 75°, explosive rate of 28%). The 5s explosive temperature was 341℃, impact sensitivity (50% of the combustion height) was 18.10cm, flame sensitivity was 15.92cm, the electrostatic spark sensitivity was 5kV,104pF, 0.12mm. The critical charge weights for three different DDT shells of thick aluminum, lead cable and 03.85mm thin shells were obtained.The final optimal charge condition is:for igniting element, choose thick aluminum shell, charge pressure of 80MPa and 60mg B-KNO3; for DDT device, choose thin aluminum stratified charge structure shell,50mg SY+2% MoS2 layered charge,50mg bottom charge (50MPa),90mg upper charge (25MPa),100% fired. The output power can punch hole more than 5mm in diameter through 4mm lead plate.So far, SY separate ignition sequence from flame to detonation of SY formula has been achieved. |
