Design Of Model 1100 Belt Pumping Unit

On the basis of analysis to the pumping unit market and technical level home and abroad, do the research of strength design and type choice of a kind of belt pumping unit, and finish the design of the new belt pumping unit which has the advantages of long stroke, slow SPM and VFD control. The main work of this paper is as followed:1,Through the analysis of the requirements to pumping units used in heavy oil development and the structure of belt pump unit, make type choice of belt pumping unit for heavy oil development, choose the peak load is 22.7 ton and stroke length is 8.0m as the main parameters of the new designed belt pumping unit.2,Finish the design of the pumping unit structure, calculate the strength of main part, such as chain, top and bottom sprocket, counterweight box, main tower, etc.3,To meet the requirement of different speed during up and down stroke of the pumping unit for heavy oil well and deep well, make design of intelligent belt pumping unit with function of fast down and low up in any speed. Design the control circuit and system with PLC to satisfy the varies speed of up and down stroke and peak load of the unit.4,The theory shows that the belt pumping unit can meet the requirement of heavy oil well and deep well. The unit realizes the large transmission ratio and continuous adjustment of the SPM. The remote control system strengthens the application region of the pumping unit. And it will bring new efficiency equipment to the heavy oil production industry.
