As general purpose corrosion resistance of stainless steel superior performance material has been widely used in various industrial fields。Due to the technical characteristics of stainless steel production,so that the production of stainless steel strip,there are some quality issues。In this paper,the production of stainless steel sheet according to a factory when a performance problem exists on the 304 stainless steel cold-rolled and heat treatment process parameters for a more systematic study。This research includes use of BP neural network to predict the performance of 304 stainless steel and stainless steel annealing process on properties of materials,The results showed that:the original chemical composition of 304 stainless steel,cold-rolling process and heat treatment process parameters affect the material properties the main factors。Theory based on the BP network model, through the adjustment of network structure,weights and threshold of improvement,back to improve the learning performance,the establishment of low-error convergence accuracy,fast training speed of the best prediction model。A large number of samples in the study,based on the model results show that the fast, accurate and reliable prediction of material properties。The model is applied to practicecould very well reflect the chemical composition of 304 stainless steel,cold-rolled and heat treatment process parameters and their relationship between material properties。in order to guide the production of great significance。To thickness of 0.6mm cold-rolled 304 stainless steel for annealing experiments,the annealing temperature of 1060℃,1080℃,1100℃,annealing temperature for each time is 2min,5min,8min。for hardness,elongation,yield strength,tensile strength,yield ratio measurements,n,r the calculation,as well as microstructure analysis found that annealing process for the 1100℃, 5min annealing process is the best。through BP neural network the material properties of the projections 304 can be more accurate forecasting of material properties and comprehensive understanding of the various parameters of material properties。Through the above-mentioned research results, based on the bp network model can predict the unknown,in order to provide greater production to help, no real products to lay the foundation delivery。Through the annealing test of 304 stainless steel,high performance access to a comprehensive process of heat treatment parameters,to provide for the production of some reference value。...
