Environmental protection is our basic national policy. World economic development has proved that to achieve sustainable and stable economic development, we must solve the contradiction between development and environmental protection. As China's rapid social and economic development, urban environmental pollution, especially water pollution problem is becoming more and more serious. Urban sewage emissions increase every year. Domestic sewage is generated from daily discharge of waste water, mainly from families, shops, schools, tourist services and other function facilities of cities, including the toilet flushing water, the kitchen washing water, washing machine drains, shower drains and other drainage. If these are not effectively deal with waste water, the water will cause serious pollution to the environment. With the development of urbanization, domestic wastewater emissions are increasing; so the handling of sewage is of paramount importance.In this paper, the sanitary sewage is come from the northern suburb's wastewater-treating factory in Baotou. The test is mainly researching on sanitary sewage of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. This test includes three parts. Firstly, the cultivation of activated sludge is with the domesticated. Get sewage sludge from the aerating-tank of the factory and we put it into the reactor, then add sanitary sewage, continue aeration, the culture bacteria. Three days later, the water is changed everyday and continues for aeration, and measure the value of SV in the mixture, 11 days later, the value of SV get 13.7%.With extended culture time, the value of Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS) is going up; it proves that the number of microorganisms in activated sludge is increasing. The trend of the Sludge Volume Index(SI) is downward. When Sludge Volume Index (SI) <100mg/L, which illustrates performance of the sludge's is perfect. According to the three indicators of sludge when the sludge is culture to 12 days, you can put into use. Secondly, single-factor experiment: the experiment is divided into hypoxia, anaerobic and aerobic experiment (aeration) experiment. Experimental hypoxia through changes of Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids( MLSS), and DO, respectively, to determine the best conditions, when DO = 0.4-0.5mg /L, if the value of MLSS is more greater, the result is more better; anaerobic test: When the value of Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS) is greater, the effect is better; aerobic (aeration) test: studying the target is based on the aeration of time, and ultimately determine when the aerobic reaction time is less than 5h, the effluent of COD, NH4 +-N, TP fundamental to achieve emissions targets standards. Third, pre-treatment experiment: According to single factor experiments of hypoxia, anaerobic time, sedimentation time for the three-level orthogonal experiment, the experimental results to determine when the anoxic time is 3h, anaerobic time is1h, when precipitation processing time is 1h best; water after pretreatment for aerobic reaction time to finalize the aerobic 3h, the effluent of the indicators are up to the national effluent standards. |
