Aniline is an important chemical which wildly used in the chemical industry.It is also a bio-refractory organic in wastewater.With the economical development,the demands of aniline is bigger and bigger,more and more aniline is released to the environment and damaged to the environment.For these reasons,there are numerous studies devoted to the development of effective procedures for the treatment of aniline-containing wastewater.Electro-catalysis oxidation of their unique advantages,which has become a hot research field of water treatment now.The experiments used homemade experimental device,taking the carbon stick as electrodes,electro-catalysis oxidation the simulation wastewater of Aniline.From the result of orthogonal experiment,the voltage effect is maximal,the pH effect takes second place,electrolysis time once again,but Electrolyte effect is comparatively faint.The best reaction condition:Electrolysis voltage is 8 V,pH is 8, electrolysis time is 80 mins,Na2SO4 is 12 g·L-1.According to orthogonal experiment,The reaction condition:Electrolysis voltage is 6V,pH is 8,electrolysis time is 60 mins,Na2SO4 is 9 g·L-1.in HPLC analyzing process,making comparison with the unknown component peak's retention time and the standard substance retention time,to determine intermediate product of electro-catalysis oxidation degradation aniline,and infers oxidation degradation way of aniline,the intermediate products of electro-catalysis oxidation degradation Aniline(according to retention time order in HPLC chromatogram):Oxalic acid,Maleic acid,Hydroquinone,p-Quinone.Based on others' researches and theory of Electrochemical reaction,Deduce those degradation approach may be aniline here under electro-catalysis oxide condition by the intermediate product of electro-catalysis oxidation degradation styrene:Aniline→Hydroquinone→p-Quinone→Maleic acid→Oxalic acid.Through research the way and mechanism of electro-catalysis oxidation degradation aniline,We expected to be relatively easy to control the reaction course of aniline to oxidative degradation it completely,which help us to deal with containing aniline organic pollutants wastewater in practical.
