Studies On Synthesis And Properties Of Pyrazolopyrimidine And Thienopyrimidine Derivatives

Pyrazolopyrimidine and thienopyrimidines, one of the focuses in the research and development of agrochemicals, have been found to show widespread biological activities.Many of them have been used as pesticide,fungicide,herbicide and medicine.In this paper,we studied the synthesis of novel pyrazolopyrimidines and thienopyrimidines, their biological activities were also researched.It may be summarized as follow:1. Pyrazolopyrimidines and thienopyrimidines in four series were synthesized.The structure of all these compounds were comfirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS. Those compouds are summaried as follow:I: 3, 6-dialkylthio-1-phenyl-pyrozolo[3, 4-d]pyrimidin-4-one (16)â…¡: 6-alkylamino(arylamino)-3-alkylthio-5-chloracetyl-1-phenyl-pyrozolo[3, 4-d] pyrimidin-4-one (9)â…¢: 3, 6-dialkyl(diaryl)thio-1-phenyl-5-aryl-pyrozolo[3, 4-d]pyrimidin-4-one (15)â…£: 6-ethyl-2-alkylthio-thieno[2, 3-d]pyrimidin-4-one (14) 2. The prediminary herbicidal activity of the new compounds mentioned were measured, according to the experiment, some compounds possessed high herbicidal have been found.
