| β-cyclodextrin polymers retain the inclusive performance of mother molecules, also display unique polyer effects. It has unique function in the fields of separation and analysis techniques, biomedical engineering, environmental protection and so on.This thesis includes the study on synthesis of two kinds ofβ-cyclodextrin polymers(Polymer of Carboxymethyl-β-Cyclodextrin and Polymer of N-(2-aminoethyl)amidine-β-Cyclodextrin)for different molec- ular structure and their adsorption on organic pollutants basic fuchsine and phenol.1.the synthesis conditions of Carboxymethyl-β-Cyclodextrin(CM-β-CD) and N-(2- aminoethyl) amidine-β-Cyclodextrin(AE-β-CD) with different substitution degrees were Studied,and The thesis obtained the corresponding products.2.Two kinds of polymer-β-cyclodextrin derivatives(PCM-β-CD and PAE-β-CD) with different substition degrees and crosslinked densitiese were synthesized by using epoxychloropropane and Carboxymethyl-β-Cyclodextrin and N-(2- aminoethyl) amidine-β-Cyclodextrin of retaining the amino with different substitution degrees crosslinking polymerization. The method of phenol-sulphate acid was applied to determine the crosslinkage of product. The product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy.3.The adsorptivity of molecular structure of the polymers (substitution degrees and crosslinking densitiese) on basic fuchsine and phenol were investigated. Results showed that absorptive capacity (QA) of the polymers decreased while substitution degree was increasing, but no obvious chang of QA could be observed while crosslinking density changed.4. the proformance of adsorption conditions of PCM-β-CD adsorbing basic fuchsine and PAE-β-CD adsorbing basic fuchsine, phenol were studied.The results indicated that Adsoption equilibrium of PCM-β-CD on basic fuchsine reached after 2h shaking, and pH5~6 was a favorate adsoption condition. QA increased with the increasing of the initial concentration of basic fuchsine and 54.7 mg·g-1 was reached under the adsoption condition of initial concentration of basic fuchsine 250mg·L-1,pH 5.43 and shaking 2h. Adsoption equilibrium of PAE-β-CD on basic fuchsine and phenol reached after 1h shaking, and pH5~7 was a favorate adsoption condition. QA increased with the increasing of the initial concentration of basic fuchsine and phenol ;17.95 mg·g-1 was reached under the adsoption condition of initial concentration 250mg·L-1,pH 5.21 and shaking 1h; 17.95 mg·g-1 was reached under the adsoption condition of initial concentration of basic fuchsine 250mg·L-1,pH 5.21 and shaking 1h; 15.79 mg·g-1 was reached under the adsoption condition of initial concentration of phenol 500mg·L-1,pH 6.26 and shaking 1h;5.the adsorption equilibrium model of PCM-β-CD and PAE-β-CD adsorbing basic fuchsine, phenol in aqueous was studied. The results indicated that the adsorption equilibrium of basic fuchsine or phenol in aqueous can be described by Freundlich models. As PCM-β-CD adsorb basic fuchsine, the formula of Freundlich adsorption model under 25℃is ,According to 1/n<2 and n<1(n=0.8144), the adsorption of basic fuchsine on PCM-β-CD Surface was easy,and the adsorption force was mutual attraction; As PAE-β-CD adsorb basic fuchsine,phenol , the formula of Freundlich adsorption model under 10℃is 1与mx = 1.57141C w1.311380. According to 1/n<2且n>1(n=1.5978,1.3138),the adsorption of phenol on PAE-β-CD Surface was easy,but the adsorption force was mutual exclusiveness. |
