Compared with I-Beam,H-Beam has a better bending resistance ability as it has a bigger section modulus than I-Beam when they are in the same weight.H-Beam's dominance can be clearly expressed in high-rise building,freeway,parking space and missile launcher,etc.So the simulation research about the rolling force,temperature and the microstructure evolution during the H-Beam production process and the development of the production parameter prediction system play a key role in helping engineers to adjust the production parameter,optimize the production process and product new style production in an efficient way.In this dissertation,H-Beam hot rolling simulation is achieved by the hand of FEM software so we can get the rolling fore and temperature prediction formulas for the simulation result.The mathematic model of H-Beam dynamic re-crystallization is deduced base on the data from experiment.Then the mathematic model of H-Beam re-crystallization is embedded into the simulation model through VUMAT subroutine. At last,the rolling force and temperature prediction system is developed based on VB program.In order to achieve the constitutive relationship,the compression experiment of the metal cylinder sample is conducted through Gleeble-1500 experimental machine in the condition that the temperature is set in 900℃,1000℃,1100℃,1200℃,respectively and the strain rate is set in 1S-1,6S-1,15S-1 respectively.Though the austenite re-crystallization observation of the compressed samplers,the dynamic re-crystallization grain size in distinct experimental situation is obtained and the re-crystallization activation energy is deduced based on the formulas provided by C.M.Sellar.Furthermore,the mathematic model can be acquired.The function of FEM model is not just constrained to predict the changing of the rolling force and temperature during the H-Beam hot rolling.With the help of the VUMAT program access supplied by ABAQUS,the prediction formulas of the austenite re-crystallization grain size is embedded into the simulation model so that we can detect the change of the austenite re-crystallization in an direct way.In order to deploy the simulation results of the H-Beam rolling process,the VB program is developed in which we can prediction the rolling force and the range of temperature fluctuation in every procedure relying on the formulas deduced from the simulation results.The H-Beam hot rolling FEM model can be utilized to command the distribution of the stress field and the strain field during the production process.Production parameter and be adjusted according to the mathematic model of dynamic re-crystallization so as to improve the quality of the product.In final,the development of VB program do engineer's a god hand to help them use the simulation results without the complicated simulation process and shorten the period of the development of new-style production.
