The feasibility of electronic-contact-heating aluminizing inside steel tube has been investigated. High-temperature oxidation resistant and corrosion resistance experiment on samples with different Al contents were carried out. It is totally feasible that aluminizing on the inside of steel tube with electronic-contact-heating. In the case of colorizing powder content 15% and 30% in pharmaceutical, NH4Cl content is 1.5%, and Al2O3 the rest. Electronic-contact-heating aluminizing is carried out at 1050-1150℃keeping 10min or 30min , inside of steel tube ooze aluminizing layer is comparatively even , and its thickness can be up to 0.41-0.67mm. Compared with unprocessed sample, resisting the high temperature and having improvement in various degree to oxidize performance of sample after the surface aluminizing. Surface is it ooze sample that aluminizing deal with in anticorrosive performance than having in various degree improvement untreated to undergo, it not only relate to content of aluminizing surface to oxidize and corrode the result , but also relate to surface Al content and the microstructure and thickness of aluminizing layer.
