Lactic distillation residue is a kind of pollutant which has a state between liquid and solid and is yielded in the process of lactic production, and it has high COD concentration and it is bio- degradable, its main ingredient is carbohydrate and its degrading product. Its characteristics are high concentration,low pH,high shade,high concentration of suspending substance. The main methods about lactic distillation residue treatment both at home and abroad is setting it on fire, but when set it on fire it has to add some methanol to help it catch fire, it cost a lot of money, meanwhile, it inevitably result in twice pollution.This paper used lactic distillation residue as its object of research, aim directly at its characteristic, diluted the wastewater 60 - 100 times, on the condition of experiment, studied on the treatment of lactic distillation residue by adopting the technology of UASB+BAF. And particularly i studied the removal rate of UASB reactor to this wastewater. In the process of the experiment i particularly studied temperature,influent waster concentration,sludge concentration,alkalinity,pH,HRT and so on factor's impact to the removal rate of organisms in lactic distillation residue in the UASB reactor. By orthogonal experiment discussed the best running manipulation modal. The experiment suggested that: 1,keeping the temperature among 35℃-40℃and the sludge concentration at about 35kg/m~3 can assure the removal rate of pollutants more than 80 percent; 2,keeping the diversity of microbe in the inoculation sludge is helpful to the formation of the anaerobic particle sludge; 3,keeping the influent pH among 7.3-7.7 and influent water COD concentration at about 10 000mg/L and HRT at about 12h and influent organic load at about 17kgCOD/ m~3·d is the most suitable; 4,the system has a good removal rate to shade, the effluent shade is less than 50 times; 5,while the wastewater was treated by the technology of UASB+BAF, the BAF effluent wastewater's quality can meet second level request of《wastewater discharge standard》(GB8978-19996)...
