Pyrazole compound is one kind of important hetrocycle compound which possess very high bio-activity.It can be used as raw materials in many areas,such as medicine drug,pesticide,dyestuff and photographic developer.Its bio-activity can be improved after the carboxyl group was introduced into the pyrazole structure,so it has a great value in theory and practical application to synthesize a series of pyrazole carboxylic acid compounds.A series of pyrazole carboxylic acid compounds were synthesized,and its bio-activities have been studied preliminarily in this paper.The specific contents were carded out as follows:1.Pyrazole carboxylic acid compounds:5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-Carboxylic acid,1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid,3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid,5-chloro-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4- carboxylic acid,5-chloro-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3,4-dicarboxylic acid,5-chloro-1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl) -3-methyl-1H-pyrazole -4-carboxylic acid,5-chloro-1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-3, 4-dicarboxylic acid were designed and synthesized.Among them, 5-chloro-1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-3- methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde,5-chloro-1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid,5-chloro -1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-3,4- dicarboxylic acid haven't been reported so far.They were charcterized by IR,elemental analysis and 1HNMR.2.The studies on the antibacterial characterization showed that they have a certain broad spectrum activity to bacterials:they all have a strong bacteriostatic action to staphylicoccus aureus,while they have a common bacteriostatic action to Bacillussubtilis and Escherichia Coli.Many factors,such as PH value and tempareture,e tc.were considered on the effects of antibacterial.Its antibacterial effects various with the PH values:the PH is higher,the effect will be better.Within a certain range,the tempareture has few influence on the anti-bacterial effects.
